In addition to ZOOM hosted workout sessions, this resource is specifically designed to work in synergy for the best Knight Strong outcomes.

The Knight Strong S&C 2020 contains the workouts that make up the base training plan with descriptions and demonstrations of each workout. Included are conditioning workouts and body weight workouts that are recommended to be completed until we are able to return to team workouts.
