One of our Performax Commitments is to make sure that we are 'Built To Last'.

We often assume that running is a natural movement pattern that everyone can enjoy. Funny thing is that most people that do it don't enjoy it at all!

It's more like something people do to prove that they are committed enough, fit enough and crazy enough to keep doing it 5K, 10K, 13.1mi or 26.2mi over and over again.

Our 'Drive Development For Speed' is a 5 Part Series that is meant to help people bridge the gap between the crazy of running and into the peaceful calm of it all when your body is built to not only do it, but do it well.

Like learning the A,B,C's before speaking words and reading words before writing stories, take the time to build foundations of movement before challenging movements to go longer and building muscular capacity to move before going faster.
